However, the high temperatures are here and we need to take care of our body, specially our skin. Here we will give you some tips from beauty expert to protect your skin. So we decided to give you our top 5 tips to protect your skin this summer. Whether you are staying home or you have plans to visit the Riviera Maya. 

Make friends with H20

Higher temperatures, wearing a facemask when going outside and just spending some  time at the beach or even your terrace leads to internal dehydration, which can result in headaches and dizzy spells!

Also to protect your skin avoid dehydration by drinking a minimum of eight 8-ounce glasses of plain, filtered water every day. It helps maintain critical moisture balance of the body and skin, and assist in detoxification. Tip: If you drink caffeinated beverages, you must triple the amount of water you drink!
