Are you getting married in the Riviera Maya? Do you want to look your best on your special day? Then you’ll definitely want to hire a professional wedding hair and makeup artist. But did you consider needing touch-ups after long hours under the warm Mexican sky?
A destination wedding at Tulum’s paradisiac beaches usually means a long day of happy barefoot moments, but tropical weather can affect both your wedding hair and makeup. To help make sure you stay picture-perfect, it’s important to decide if hair and makeup touch-ups are needed on D-day.
What are touch-ups packages?
As girls, when we go to an event, even if we use the best long-lasting products, we always carry some beauty items in our purses….right? But what happens on your wedding day, when all you want to do is focus on having the time of your life and not having to carry around your beauty items or worry about how you look in every photo? We’ve got you covered, girl!!!
Our artists will stay with you to make sure you look flawless throughout the entire day. The hours are determined depending on your wedding timeline and events (if you are having a first look or not, etc…).
You’ll have an assigned beauty expert to slightly change your hairstyle between the ceremony and cocktail hour (for example) or have an artist help you keep your lipstick fresh after kissing and apply some powder for that extra oomph in photos! All it takes is an assigned space with a chair to relax, and various electricity plugs and we’ll do all the pampering!!
Do I need hair and makeup touch-ups for my wedding in Mexico?
The answer is an absolute YES! If you are having a beach wedding and will be outside for most of the day, given the hot and humid weather of Cancun, Riviera Maya, and Tulum, or you know that you tend to sweat or cry more than usual, then having a professional on hand will help to ensure that you always look your best throughout your special day.
Additionally, if you have chosen a loose hairstyle look or have an indoor or outdoor ceremony/first look picture session, then having someone on hand to make those all-important touchups is essential.
